Frost Brown Todd Purchases Traveling Coaches’ CLASSe eLearning Program

Traveling Coaches, the legal industry’s experts at gaining user adoption of technology, today announced that Cincinnati-based Frost Brown Todd, LLC purchased Traveling Coaches’ CLASSe eLearning content for the Firm’s on-demand technology training program.

Frost Brown Todd believes that on-demand training fills significant gaps in the firm’s current training methodology. CIO Paul Bromwell describes the current training challenges as follows:

• It is very difficult for attorneys to find time to attend scheduled training sessions
• It is ineffective to train our attorneys and staff on features they might not need to use until months later when they may no longer remember what they learned
• It is difficult to schedule support staff when special software skills are required and you have to rule out an individual because an in-class session is not readily available to help them get up to speed on software or a feature they don’t normally use.

CLASSe is a collection of short, interactive, online lessons called CLASSe briefs.  This program is ideal for busy lawyers and staff that need to learn how to accomplish specific tasks “on the fly.”  CLASSe includes 3,223 eLearning lessons, covering topics from Microsoft Office applications to document management systems and Word productivity tools.  The materials are customizable and designed to be used for university-style training programs.  CLASSe briefs are drawn from CLASS curriculum and offer the same high level of quality and consistency.  Frost Brown Todd previous purchased CLASS content and now by adding CLASSe and owning both products, Frost Brown Todd will provide learners with a consistent training message through the instructor, reference materials and eLearning lessons.
