HotDocs, the market leader in document generation, announced today that it will be showcasing HotDocs Cloud Services at this year’s New York LegalTech. The hosted platform, which was released earlier this year, enables organisations of any size to experience powerful, browser-based document generation on a subscription basis.
Perhaps the most compelling part of HotDocs Cloud Services,” commented Leonard DuCharme, the company’s Chief Strategy Officer, “is the custom experience Cloud Services affords law firms. Using a simple Iframe approach, lawfirms—or any organisation—can embed HotDocs interviews into web applications or web pages.
HotDocs Interviews are interactive, wizard-like, sequences of forms that gather information in a highly structured format. “By enabling law firms to embed HotDocs interviews in their own web pages,” added DuCharme, “law firms can expose interviews to clients and prospective clients, a concept that can improve customer service while dramatically reducing costs, all the while yielding more accurate client-fact files and, thus, higher quality documents.”
Demonstrations on other HotDocs products will be available at the HotDocs booth (#331), including HotDocs Developer, the industry’s state-of-the-art development platform, and HotDocs Document Services, a SaaS application that makes browser-based document generation on the HotDocs platform available to enterprises of any size on a subscription basis.
