ContractExpress 5 strengthens the lawyer-client relationship with a suite of new features aimed at client connectivity. The ContractExpress team will showcase ContractExpress 5 as well as ContractExpress for Salesforce and ContractExpress for SharePoint at LegalTech New York booth 324, February 4th-6th.
Client connectivity played a major role in the development of ContractExpress 5, the new cloud-based document automation platform from Business Integrity. “Our technology drives customer innovation and the delivery of new legal services. With the world’s leading document assembly engine, advanced client extranets, and a new mobile-first UI there is no limit to what our customers can do with ContractExpress 5 as they reinvent the future of law” stated Andy Wishart, Business Integrity’s CTO.
ContractExpress’ award winning client extranet functionality is the gold standard for document automation extranets for clients who are likely to be regular users of the law firm’s extranet. ContractExpress customers including Baker Donelson and Seyfarth Shaw are responsible for the legal market’s most advanced client extranets. Read how Baker Donelson’s Interactive Client Environments Drive Better Service, and how Seyfarth Shaw enhanced the client experience, as a result winning this year’s International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) law firm of the year award.
The upcoming release of ContractExpress 5 will allow law firms to provide innovative document automation services for occasional clients. With ContractExpress 5, an attorney can automatically send a link to a ContractExpress questionnaire to a client via email. Once the client completes the questionnaire in a browser, such as Safari mobile on the iPad, the generated document will appear in the attorney’s ContractExpress dashboard and they can follow up with the client as needed. ContractExpress 5 also includes enhancements for firms with document automation marketing showcases, used to attract new clients, such as Goodwin Procter’s Document Driver®, Wilson Sonsini’s Term Sheet Generator, and Perkin Coie’s startupPerColatorTM.
ContractExpress continues to dominate the high-end legal document automation marketplace, as it has done continuously since ContractExpress DealBuilder revolutionized document automation by eliminating the need for template programmers. Building on the stream of customer wins in 2013, Millennium Pipeline, Excelitas, Bloom Energy, and Jenzabar became new ContractExpress customers in the first few weeks of 2014, and Davis Wright Tremaine increased its number of client extranet licenses. With the release of ContractExpress 5 just around the corner, and the evolution of ContractExpress for SharePoint and ContractExpress for Salesforce, the next eleven months are shaping up to be just as exciting.
