TCDI, a market leader in litigation technology and services for eDiscovery and litigation case management, announced today it recently graduated its first class of employees through Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt training. This class represents the first of three classes on target to complete Black Belt training in 2014, with a fourth scheduled for completion in early 2015.
As announced last summer, TCDI has adopted and implemented the LLS continuous process improvement methodology to bring added effectiveness within the organization and to bring greater value to clients.

Waste, defects, and variation in those processes can lead to added costs and unsatisfactory outcomes for us and our clients,” said Susan Bright, Executive Vice President & COO. TCDI’s Black Belt trained associates now continue with the certification process through the completion and assessment of specific Black Belt projects. Successful completion of these real-world projects, overseen by Geoff McPherson (TCDI’s Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt) will demonstrate the skillful implementation of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and result in final certification through North Carolina State University.
