Continued growth of XDD’s managed review business prompts need for second U.S. location
Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of discovery and data management services for law firms, corporations and government agencies, announces the opening of its third document review center, this one located in Kansas City, Missouri.
This is the second domestic review center the company has opened this year, supporting XDD’s document review and managed review businesses, which have seen explosive growth in the first half of 2014.
XDD offers managed review solutions as part of its full suite of discovery services. All client data resides only within the United States, but review projects may be managed either domestically or offshore with resources allocated based on the unique qualifications required for each case. XDD assigns value levels to all review attorneys based on the results of thorough testing, so that clients pay for the level of expertise dictated by the needs of each case. The service quality and this flexible, customized approach to managed review offered by XDD resonate with clients and are driving forces behind the company’s continued growth in this business.
The company opened a domestic review center in Detroit in April and also owns an offshore review center in Bangalore, India.
