Litigation support veteran to focus on ensuring optimal end-user experience

Catalyst Repository Systems—known worldwide for designing, hosting and supporting the world’s fastest and most powerful document repositories for large-scale discovery and regulatory compliance—today announced that it has named litigation support veteran Derrell Craig as vice president of the company’s newly formed Product Services group. 

As vice president of product services, Craig will be responsible for ensuring that the end users of Catalyst products receive an exceptional level of support. He will be responsible for overseeing Catalyst’s project consultants, Resolution Center, and the data loading, processing and production group. He will also work closely with Catalyst's development, systems engineering, sales and professional services staff to help ensure the delivery of the best products and services in the industry.

Craig has more than two decades of management-level experience in litigation support and as an innovator in production, operations and efficiency, with particular expertise in workflow automation through technology. Prior to joining Catalyst in 2011, Craig served as president of Esquire Litigation Solutions, a subsidiary of Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC, where he was responsible for managing the company's growth and ensuring that its employees provided quality litigation support services to law firms and corporate counsel. 

Earlier, he was vice president of Legal Reprographics, Inc., based out of San Diego. In this capacity, he was responsible for operations, including computer forensics, electronic discovery, paper discovery, data services, online hosting and case management. 

Craig is a graduate of Washington State University, Pullman, Wash. In his spare time, he likes fly fishing, hiking and skiing with family and friends near his home in Montana.
