Savvy Training & Consulting, a leading provider of software training services and training content to law firms and legal departments since 1997, announced today that Florida-based Williams Parker has selected the company as its training and support partner for the 44-attorney law firm’s upgrade to Office 2013.
“We partnered with Savvy Training for two previous Office upgrades and those projects went very well. Although we received proposals from other training providers, it was a no-brainer to choose Savvy Training for this project,” said Dustin Reid, Manager of Technology at Williams Parker. “We are also looking forward to using the Savvy Academy™ Learning Management System to assign and track ongoing standardized training sessions, host lunch-and-learn sessions, and to introduce new procedures to our staff.”
Savvy Training will provide project management, IT staff training, end-user training, floor support, and training content for Williams Parker’s Office 2013 upgrade. The Savvy Academy™ Learning Management System, a complete, customizable set of hundreds of legal-specific learning modules for software migration, will be hosted by Savvy Training and will be deployed to assist with the training rollout, post-classroom support, continuing education, and new hire training.
