Exterro® Inc., the preferred provider of software specifically designed for in-house legal and IT teams at Global 2000 organizations, today unveiled its full slate of activities scheduled at LegalTech New York 2015. Taking place at the New York Hilton Midtown on February 3-5, 2015, Exterro will showcase its full suite of e-discovery applications in its booth (#130), as well as participate in the following learning and networking opportunities.
- E-Discovery Software Demonstrations – Exterro will be providing demonstrations of its full suite of e-discovery applications, from data mapping and legal hold to early case analysis, collection, predictive coding and project management. This includes the company’s newest offering, Exterro Legal Hold Foundation™, which was publicly released on January 20. Exterro Legal Hold is designed specifically for organizations with lower litigation volumes or budgetary constraints who require an easy-to-deploy, enterprise-strength solution that can scale and expand to support all e-discovery phases.
- In-Booth Data Source Quiz & Twitter Contest – To bring some fun and education to the conference, Exterro will be running a live quiz in its booth, entitled, “What Data Source Are You?” Email, social media, legacy data, mobile data, SharePoint and structured data all have their unique challenges when it comes to e-discovery. Attendees can find out which data source best matches their personality and have a chance to win one of several gift cards and a weekend getaway through a fun Twitter contest.
- E-Discovery Educational Panel for In-House Legal Teams – Exterro’s chief marketing officer, Bill Piwonka, will be speaking on a panel entitled “eDiscovery as a Business Process” as part of Wolters Kluwer’s “The Future of Enterprise Legal Management” sessions. Piwonka will be joined by Joy Sapphla, managing director at Duff & Phelps; Laura Kibbe, of counsel with Morgan, Lewis &b Bockius LLP; and moderator Keith Brown, senior director of advisory services at Datacert/TyMetrix. The panelists will discuss emerging best practices, technologies and analytics tools available to guide e-discovery business processes for in-house legal teams.
- New Federal Judges Survey Results – Exterro will be releasing the results of the first-annual Federal Judges Survey: E-Discovery Best Practices and Trends on Feb. 5. Twenty-two Federal judges have provided their perspective on the state of e-discovery in the legal industry. Copies of the report will be available at Exterro’s booth on Feb. 5.
