Cindy is an expert with advanced learning tools and technologies to engage and effectively develop high-value capabilities in lawyers and staff.
Cindy has 20 years of experience designing and implementing learning programs at IBM where she collaborated with global business units on the strategic learning initiatives across multiple job roles. In her role with Traveling Coaches, Cindy is responsible for creating the strategy and the product roadmap for new learning products that are mobile, workflow-based and deliver a personalized learning experience.
