LDiscovery, LLC, a leading provider of eDiscovery services and Information Governance solutions, today announced its acquisition of Copy Secure, a Philadelphia based data and document services provider. Founded in 2001 by Joe McNamara and Tom Pellegrino, Copy Secure is a full-service litigation support company serving Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
“We are very excited to announce our latest addition to the LDiscovery family of companies. Joe and Tom are both industry veterans, each having over 25 years of experience in litigation support. Copy Secure will lead our scanning efforts on the east coast as well as provide management and leadership for the company’s offsite scanning and copying projects throughout the US. Additionally, with their team’s depth of relationships and network of clients, we expect Copy Secure to continue to add to our already significant eDiscovery and hosting business development efforts in the Northeast,” said Chris Weiler, CEO of LDiscovery.
Copy Secure will maintain its brand name after joining the LDiscovery family of companies which now includes AlphaLit, a full-service eDiscovery company based in Ambler, Pennsylvania, Turnstone and FlashData Solutions, New York based eDiscovery companies, RenewData, a legal consulting and technology company based in Austin, TX, and Credence Corporation, a Fort Lauderdale eDiscovery and managed services provider.
