Hyperion Global Partners, a premier business and technology consulting practice to the legal profession, today announces the company’s CEO, Eyal Iffergan, will be participating in a panel discussion in the Law Department track at the 2015 International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) Annual Conference being held Aug. 30– Sept. 3 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The session, titled “Changes in Latitude, Changes in Attitude,” will be presented on Aug. 31 at 3:30 p.m. in the Law Department Day sessions track. Other panelists include Eric Lieber of Toyota, Susan Packal of Hilton Worldwide, Mike Russell of Ingersoll Rand, and Kris Satkunas of LexisNexis.
The presentation will bring together a number different stakeholder perspectives law departments operations management – including leading law department innovators and Iffergan as a leading expert on operational and performance management. The panel will discuss how legal departments striving to manage rising workloads while containing costs are addressing the most pressing issues, including moving more high-value legal work in-house plus using legal project management and process improvement to cost-effectively source the necessary components for successful legal outcomes.
