DTI Offers Webinar Series on Email Management, Information Governance and eDiscovery in Office 365

DTI, a global legal process outsourcing (LPO) company providing eDiscovery, managed services, litigation support and court reporting, announced today a new webinar series focused on Information Governance (IG) and eDiscovery in Microsoft Office 365.

The series was developed and will be presented by John Collins, Director, Information Governance Solutions, at DTI.  Collins is nationally known for his work in creating ESI data maps for a number of Fortune 1000 companies. He brings a deep understanding of corporate data centers and the IT infrastructure of companies in a variety of industries as well as detailed practical guidance on Information Governance and eDiscovery to both law firms and corporations.

The webinar series will offer lawyers, records managers, litigation support personnel and IG professionals a sound foundation in what is arguably becoming the single most important source of ESI in discovery.  The webinar series will review a wide range of both opportunities and challenges pertaining to Information Governance when using Office 365.  The series will also provide a general discussion about email retention prior to disposition and a review of the built-in email management features in Office 365 and Google Apps for Work.

The webinar series will include the following sessions:

• September 24: Tactical Information Governance: Retaining, Disposing of and Discovering Email - Collins will be joined by Clinton Sanko, shareholder, Baker Donelson.
• October 6: Office 365 for the Information Governance and eDiscovery Practitioner, Part 1 - This session will address Office 365 fundamentals.
• October 27: Office 365 for the Information Governance and eDiscovery Practitioner, Part 2 - This session will have a focus on eDiscovery in Office 365.
• November 17: Office 365 for the Information Governance and eDiscovery Practitioner: Part 3 - Records and Information Management (RIM) in Office 365 will be the core of this session.
