Epiq, a leading global provider of integrated technology and services for the legal profession, today announced that the company has again achieved kCura’s Orange-level Best in Service certification as a Relativity® provider. This is the fourth time that Epiq has received the recognition.
Along with the Orange-level Best in Service standing, Epiq offers Relativity in every data center and hosts thousands of Relativity users worldwide. A Relativity provider since 2007, Epiq provides a global support team, with 69 Relativity Certified Administrators, 50 Relativity Review Specialists, 10 Relativity Analytics Specialists and local support for Relativity in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, Japan and China.
Epiq also offers Relativity through its eDiscovery managed services offering, including ArcSM managed services, which provides clients with their own Relativity environments for a fixed monthly fee. In 2014, kCura named Arc the most innovative application in the kCura service provider ecosystem.
“Maintaining kCura’s Orange-level recognition is a point of pride for us,” said Andrew Shimek, managing director, eDiscovery. “It showcases Epiq’s commitment to providing our clients with best-in-class eDiscovery technology and services. Whether our customers need case-by-case or managed services eDiscovery, Epiq has dedicated teams working to ensure our clients get the best Relativity experience available.”
Epiq works with each managed services client to tailor the Relativity experience. By training both litigation support staff and attorneys on how to integrate Relativity into their respective workflows, Epiq relieves the burden of first-level learning. Managed services clients also never have to worry about patches or upgrades: Epiq takes care of all maintenance, leaving clients free to focus on case strategy and other business-specific issues.
