Create Sustainable Cost Containment for Information Governance Initiatives - Thursday, July 28, 2016 12 pm ET/11 am CT/10 am MT/9 am PT - Register here.
Law firms often face immense pressure to cut waste and improve efficiency. However, many law firms approach storage cost reviews with a focus on immediate results only. The most successful forms of cost containment happen within a well-articulated and executed information governance program.
The webinar, led by Beauchemin and John Zahradnick, project manager for InOutsource, will examine how to provide a new framework for records management employee processes and behaviors, engage senior management, rethink policies and procedures dictating which documents move to offsite storage and negotiate incentives around destructions.
