Addition of new project coordinator, sales consultant benefit Texas law firms, corporations
LDM Global has expanded its eDiscovery operations in Texas, hiring two new employees and relocating a third, as part of a strategy to increase the expertise available locally to existing clients and better leverage existing local expertise to new clients.
LDM Global is a leading consultant to mid-tier law firms around the world, focusing on legal discovery management and computer forensics.
Sales consultant Brian Orr and project coordinator Amanda Spence have joined LDM Global in Dallas.
Orr has over 12 years of experience consulting with AM 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations on the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to collect, process and review electronically stored information. He develops long-term relationships with clients based on trust and giving comfort that he will always focus on the best solutions for their needs; he never promotes solutions just for the sake of selling. Brian's favorite part of working in eDiscovery is the ability to problem solve and provide best solutions to clients' challenges.
"I like hearing what a lawyer's pain points are and taking them from a place where they can't find an efficient solution to feeling empowered by the great options available to help them get the best case outcome," Orr said.
Spence has 10 years of experience in project management and customer service. She is a certified Relativity Administrator and Review Specialist, and is proficient in many other platforms and processing software programs. Spence offers special skills in litigation support, document processing and production, and client collaboration. Her goal is to continuously deliver the highest standard to clients, by supporting them in daily and long-term projects.
“I like that every day in eDiscovery brings a challenge,” Spence said. “Project coordination offers the opportunity to learn new things and meet new people, while always helping clients with their ultimate objectives. To be able to help clients accomplish their objectives more efficiently and cost effectively is very rewarding.”
Sales consultant Sarah Nunham has relocated from LDM Global’s Colorado office to Houston. Nunham has been in the legal industry for over six years and managing major accounts with LDM Global for four years. She currently works with a number of Texas clients to help drive efficiencies while meeting case objectives in their eDiscovery process. Nunham holds the Certified E-Discovery Specialist certification from ACEDS, demonstrating her knowledge of eDiscovery planning, budgeting and best practices.
LDM Global adds value and efficiency to small and mid-size law firms, helping them to be more competitive against larger firms. Through consultancy, firms leverage technology and unique workflows to find key documents faster, save time and money in review and ensure all discovery obligations are met. Corporations also benefit from LDM Global’s consultation, eDiscovery and computer forensics services.
