Newest location supports continued growth of XDD’s managed review services
Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of eDiscovery, data management and managed review services for law firms and corporations, announces the opening this week of the company’s newest managed review center in Chicago, Illinois.
The center further expands XDD’s nationwide review footprint, supporting the continued growth of its managed review services in Chicago and throughout the United States.
Since launching its managed review offering, XDD has seen significant growth in this segment of its eDiscovery business. This latest expansion marks the sixth review center in the United States for the company, a testament to its steady increase in this growing market. With XDD’s other review centers located in Detroit, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Houston and Salt Lake City, the company offers review teams in three time zones to better serve clients with extended hours of operation available seven days a week. XDD’s nationwide footprint includes several hundred review seats, filled exclusively by attorneys who perform managed review for clients.
The new Chicago center offers an easily accessible Loop location and features on premise security including thin client computers able to be locked down and secured. XDD Vice President of Managed Review Chris Chapman shared, “The expansion better supports XDD’s current managed review clients in Chicago, including those taking advantage of our company’s expertise in Hatch-Waxman review, a specialized practice area in which XDD has been highly successful.” Chapman will be based in and lead the new review center, which is housed within the company’s recently renovated office at 411 South Wells, Chicago, IL 60607.
