Wilson Legal Solutions, a leading global provider of consulting services and analytics software to law firms and professional services organizations, has earned a spot on the 2016 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. With a three-year growth rate of 141%, Inc. magazine has ranked the company at number 2523.
“Our focus in the last year has been on controlled, sustainable growth. This approach allows us to uphold our commitment to clients and earn referrals for new work from the law firms that we serve,” says Bruce Wilson, managing director and CEO of Wilson Legal Solutions. “We’ve strategically added staff to meet demand for our Wilson Ideate software and services that leverage our knowledge of Elite and Intapp software.”
Over the past year, Wilson Legal Solutions’ team of legal technology experts has increased to 75 employees and 18 subcontractors. To accommodate its growing workforce, the company opened new offices in Richmond, Virginia, and New Brunswick, Canada, and relocated from Orlando to a larger office in nearby Celebration, Florida. It has also secured an additional cottage in Ellis Preserve, expanding its headquarters in Newtown Square. The company has retained its existing offices in Anaheim, California, London, England, and New York City.

This is the fourth consecutive year Wilson Legal Solutions has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list. In the three years following its 2009 founding, Wilson Legal Solutions achieved a three-year growth rate of 4,839%, earning a spot at number 62 on the 2013 list. Its three-year rate in 2014 was 471%, earning the company an overall ranking of 957. Its rate in 2015 was 185%, earning a spot at number 2115 on that year’s list.
