Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review and legal consulting services, has announced the acquisition of EQD, a Houston-based eDiscovery, document review and litigation support services provider.
EQD delivers a wide range of offerings for litigation and internal investigations, as well as government and regulatory requests. In addition to its eDiscovery core competency, EQD provides services in data collection, managed services and attorney reviews for corporate law departments, as well as compliance and litigation support teams.
