Opus 2 Appoints Cheryl Wilson-Griffin as Client Success Manager

Opus 2 International – a worldwide litigation services and software development company – has appointed trial technology and litigation support expert Cheryl Wilson-Griffin to the role of Client Success Manager.

Wilson-Griffin brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, with over 14 years’ experience leading legal and litigation support operations for AmLaw 100 law firms including Mayer Brown LLP and Kirkland Ellis LLP in Chicago.

Highly knowledgeable in the cross-functional coordination and deployment of technology in support of litigation nationally, Wilson-Griffin holds extensive experience in strategic planning, project management and process improvement in the legal industry. She also achieved an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems at Purdue University.

In her previous role at Mayer Brown LLP, Wilson-Griffin oversaw the successful deployment of trial offices and technology. In this capacity, she experienced firsthand how Opus 2’s Magnum platform and integrated hearing room services enables unprecedented efficiency and collaboration in international arbitration.

In this new role, Wilson-Griffin will be responsible for ensuring clients' experience with Opus 2 and its software platform continues to be exceptional, and that the onboarding process for new Magnum enterprise license clients is handled successfully to ensure a positive, long-term client relationship. Wilson-Griffin will also be leading and implementing the Opus 2 Magnum enterprise training and education strategy to provide all clients with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively use their cloud-based platforms for collaboration on transcripts, documents, key facts and attorney work product.
