Innovative Computing Systems, a legal information technology provider with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Austin, announces the opening of a new office in Oakland, California.

Innovative has long been a presence in Northern California with an office in San Francisco. The company is headquartered near Los Angeles, and its technical assistance center is located in Austin, Texas.
