EDRM, the leading standards organization for the e-discovery market, announced today that George Socha will speak in educational events for E-Discovery Day on December 1, 2016.

E-Discovery Day is an industrywide initiative aimed at promoting e-discovery awareness and education. The second annual E-Discovery Day will offer a variety of educational webcasts on e-discovery trends, best practices and emerging topics. Virtual and live events will take place throughout the day, bringing together a diverse lineup of professionals, including many well-known e-discovery industry thought leaders.

  • 10 Years Forward and Back – Automation in eDiscovery (December 1, 2016 - 1:00 PM EST / 10:00 AM PST): This unique session highlights the progress of e-discovery technologies during the last decade and looks forward through the lens of innovation to the next 10 years of data discovery. This information-packed session includes some of the world’s foremost authorities on e-discovery who will be sharing their thoughts, considerations and recommended best practices for the use of technology-assisted review. The session format will allow each expert an opportunity to present followed by a short dialogue.
  • E-Discovery Training for 2017 (December 1, 2016 - 5:30 PM EST / 2:30 PM PST): In this webcast, learn how to take your e-discovery acumen to the next level with insights from legal/e-discovery teachers on the topics you should be learning more about and how to get involved with educational e-discovery groups in 2017.
