TJ Collins Joins ThreadKM as Investor and Vice President of Customer Success

ThreadKM, the innovative collaboration platform helping law firms reduce email usage and improve document and task management experiences, announced today that TJ Collins has joined the company as an investor and Vice President of Customer Success.  

Collins will be responsible for all aspects of implementation and customer adoption and retention. He will also build out the Customer Services organization for ThreadKM.

Collins brings to ThreadKM over twenty years of legal technology operations, customer services and leadership experience. He has led service groups for five organizations in the legal vertical. He has opened facilities and managed teams on four continents. Collins was recently an executive with Iris Data Services where he helped redefine the managed services concept and led them to multiple placements on the Inc. 500's "List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies."
