InfoTrack has taken home three awards at the Australian Business Awards 2017, receiving top honours for Digital Innovation, Technology Innovation and Employer of Choice.
The Digital and Technology Innovation awards are in recognition of the research and development of InfoTrack’s proprietary eConveyancing platform, a six-stage technology platform that allows all participants in the conveyancing process to easily transition at their own pace via an end-to-end electronic conveyancing system or a ‘mix and match’ process using a combination of electronic conveyancing and paper processes.
John Ahern, CEO of InfoTrack, congratulated the company on its recognition: “I’d like to thank everyone at InfoTrack for not only being the most fun to work with every day but for going above and beyond to make our customers’ lives easier.
“eConveyancing is moving fast towards becoming a full digital process and we recognise not every participant is ready for that. A key part of this product development was to ensure every part of the electronic process is easier than the manual process and that participants can test the different options and get used to them at their own pace,” he explained. “I am so proud of everyone here at InfoTrack for understanding that technology innovation is not just about creating the coolest product but building what our customers need and what helps them the most in their daily business”.
The Employer of Choice is awarded to the company for outstanding achievement through effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention programs including their Thirdly People Pulse survey to review staff engagement levels on a regular basis, the DISC profiling workshops to help staff understand each other and work better together and the iNominate program in which employees can nominate other employees for going above and beyond at work.
This brings InfoTrack’s Australian Business Awards tally to seven; having been recognised in 2016 for Mobile Innovation and New Product Innovation and for Best Technology Product and for Service Excellence in 2015.
