Legaltech firm will advise and support legal departments
The Amsterdam based law firm Kennedy Van der Laan (KVdL) officially launches Kennedy Van der Laan |Sync. This new entity – a subsidiary of KVdL – combines high-end legal expertise with knowledge of in-house legal processes and IT.
By combining these three disciplines, Kennedy Van der Laan |Sync helps optimize the work processes of in-house legal departments.
Kennedy Van der Laan |Sync consists of IT specialists, attorneys and project managers who combine substantive knowledge of the process and the needs of legal departments with knowledge of software solutions. Clients vary from in-house legal departments and legal counsel of large enterprises to small start-ups. Kennedy Van der Laan |Sync advises on the optimization of work processes, offers specialist (software)tools, assists with the implementation and supports clients with project management.
Kennedy Van der Laan |Sync Director Jeroen Zweers: “Operational Excellence is a hot topic in many organizations. Legal departments still have a lot to gain here and are in need of innovative solutions to improve their work processes. This is where we come in.”

If we see that a certain synergy serves the specific need of our client, we join forces and ensure a custom-made mix of thorough legal knowledge and IT solutions.”
