Rajitha Boer, founder and CEO of Switzerland-based Yerra Solutions, has been recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year in Business Consultancy for Western Europe.
Yerra Solutions provides consulting and technology-driven solutions that help corporations improve their legal & IP, eDiscovery and compliance functions. Utilizing her multicultural background and innovative entrepreneurial skills, Ms. Boer has strategically built a thriving global company without debt or outside investment in under five years. Since 2013, Yerra has grown from a solo consulting operation to one with over 170 employees on three continents.
