Bech-Bruun selects Phoenix Business Solutions’ matterview for seamless information management and business efficiency

Leading Danish law firm Bech-Bruun, has selected Phoenix Business Solutions’ MatterView information management solution to provide its 500+ strong legal team with access to all critical client information on a matter through a single, centralised interface, thereby improving business efficiency and cross-firm collaboration.

Describing itself as a ‘modern law firm with specialist advisers committed to making complex issues simple’, Bech-Bruun had been looking to replicate this ethos in the way its team of lawyers accessed client matter information, including financial reports and key dates, contacts and tasks. Phoenix recently took on the service and support of Bech-Bruun’s iManage work document and email management solution from Tikit, with Bech-Bruun choosing to work with Phoenix due to the company’s recognised technology expertise and specialism within the Legal sector. Bech-Bruun’s decision to work with Phoenix has been further validated by the company’s ability to move the solution forward to support the firm’s corporate and commercial objectives with the deployment of Phoenix MatterView, which will seamlessly connect the information in its Practice Management, financial reporting and CRM systems.

By delivering real-time information through the use of scalable dashboards and automated reporting from multiple systems in a consolidated single interface, MatterView extends the functionality of solutions such as iManage Work and other best-of-breed systems. Developed by Phoenix’s legal technology experts, MatterView is able to organise large volumes of data and present it in an easily readable format.

The solution is currently in the early phase of implementation, with a firm-wide roll out expected to be completed by end of May 2017.
