Alt Legal, a leading intellectual property (IP) docketing software company, will preview two major new features at next week’s 2017 International Trademark Association Annual Meeting (INTA) in Barcelona, Spain.
The new features are data integration with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and a new Live Search tool that allows Alt Legal customers to search trademark applications and registrations records more thoroughly than traditional IP office search capabilities allow. Targeted for release in summer 2017, these new features further extend the company’s focus on simplifying the preparation, docketing, and analysis of IP filings.
“We’re excited to introduce our new EUIPO integration and Live Search tool at INTA Barcelona,” said Nehal Madhani, Alt Legal’s founder and CEO. “Our software will now deliver automatic updates for docketed EUIPO filings and also enable IP professionals to discover filings not easily found with traditional search options."
Alt Legal EUIPO Integration: With the new EUIPO integration, European legal professionals using Alt Legal will receive dynamic updates regarding EUIPO trademark filings without manually inputting details and updates.
Alt Legal Live Search: The Live Search tool will query multiple IP office databases to identify trademark applications and registrations. Attorneys and paralegals will be able to search for trademarks matching a particular pattern, specific parties, and documents. Alt Legal’s software will also send automatic alerts for matches.
Alt Legal’s consistent commitment to excellent product and customer support continues to fuel its rapid growth. In early 2017, the company again posted annual revenue growth of nearly 400% for the second year in a row.
Interested IP professionals can see these new features demonstrated next week at the INTA’s annual meeting from May 20-24 in Barcelona (booth #D84/D86).
