NGAGE Intelligence Announces New Module for Microsoft Copilot
Global News

NGAGE logoNGAGE Intelligence, Inc., the legal industry’s leading behavioral analytics platform to help firms improve ROI in their digital workplace, announces the introduction NGAGE for Microsoft Copilot. NGAGE for Copilot is the newest module for NGAGE’s comprehensive platform that analyzes and reports on user behavior across a law firm’s communication, collaboration and AI tools.

The NGAGE platform delivers actionable insights for informed decision-making to drive adoption, increase engagement and improve governance of law firm digital workplaces. Built on tools like Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intapp Workspaces, Thomson Reuters HighQ and Infodash, these workspaces now increasingly incorporate Microsoft Copilot. ILTA’s 2024 Technology Survey offers insight about adoption of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, and among respondents from the largest law firms (those with 700 or more lawyers), more than half indicate having a pilot underway or already have timekeepers or staff using Copilot today. Dozens more survey respondents indicate their firms are preparing for a pilot plan to roll one out this year or are actively investigating Copilot.

NGAGE for Copilot is an analytics tool that helps drive ROI and manage the risks around the game-changing technology. Going beyond basic onboard metrics, NGAGE for Copilot gives platform managers and firm leaders actionable change management and adoption insights from a dedicated Power BI reporting suite that also serves as an auditing and compliance tool.

“A growing number of law firms are planning and starting pilot programs because Microsoft Copilot has so much potential to make attorneys more productive and help them deliver higher client satisfaction. But it’s a big investment, so it requires scrutiny to ensure licenses are fully leveraged,” says NGAGE Intelligence CEO Paul Henry. “Gaining insights from the behavioral analytics delivered by the NGAGE for Copilot module, firms can intervene early where necessary and monitor the impact of those interventions to improve ROI.”

NGAGE provides detailed reporting around how and when individuals and user communities interact with Copilot, working to track whether identified success scenarios are becoming established behaviors. Among the analytics included are which pieces of organizational data are being accessed and from which Microsoft 365 product Copilot is being launched – or if it’s being used independently, for example, via Edge or Windows.

NGAGE for Copilot is the latest module for the leading behavioral analytics platform firms trust to help them achieve better ROI in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, Intapp Workspaces, Thomson Reuters HighQ, Infodash and other key applications that comprise their digital workplace.
