NGAGE for Copilot is the newest module for NGAGE’s comprehensive platform that analyzes and reports on user behavior across a law firm’s communication, collaboration and AI tools.

ILTA’s 2024 Technology Survey offers insight about adoption of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, and among respondents from the largest law firms (those with 700 or more lawyers), more than half indicate having a pilot underway or already have timekeepers or staff using Copilot today. Dozens more survey respondents indicate their firms are preparing for a pilot plan to roll one out this year or are actively investigating Copilot.

NGAGE provides detailed reporting around how and when individuals and user communities interact with Copilot, working to track whether identified success scenarios are becoming established behaviors. Among the analytics included are which pieces of organizational data are being accessed and from which Microsoft 365 product Copilot is being launched – or if it’s being used independently, for example, via Edge or Windows.
