Capensys Ltd., experts in user adoption, change management and full-service training company for law firms today announced that New York-based Am Law 100 firm Kaye Scholer LLP has engaged them to help with training for their newly-established state-of-the-art Operations Center in Tallahassee, Florida.

The critical piece is making sure the staff in the trenches, those directly responsible for enhancing user skills, play an active role in determining these best practices and helping to enforce them firm wide.”
The project started in May and will be fully completed in the summer months.
Capensys will design and deliver a customized training program for the Help Desk and Technology Training resources based on firm best practices and the specific needs of their numerous, geographically diverse offices. Capensys was selected because it could meet the aggressive timeline and had the in-depth experience of working with support services in large law firms.
