Laura Devine Immigration (LDI) has selected Linetime as a replacement Practice Management System to further strengthen their client services offered from their London and New York offices.

Linetime’s client service, collaboration and product adaptability were key influences on their decision.

Linetime, recently acquired by PracticeEvolve Group, offers rich enterprise level software featuring Practice Management, Document Management and Case Management to over 120 mid-sized firms nationwide.

LDI is regarded as a “stellar” immigration boutique with a powerful transatlantic capability and is recognised by top legal directories as a leader in the field of UK and US immigration.  As the business continues with its growth plan it requires a more sophisticated, flexible software system. 

Matthew Davenport-Forde, IT manager at LDI comments on the need for improved service levels, “Our incumbent software lacks adaptability which would hinder our development plans.
