Wilson Allen announced today that Ben Masters has joined the company to serve as a Senior Technical Consultant, providing firms with a range of assistance including marketing technology, operations consultation, application integration, and software implementation.
Masters is a successful IT professional with over 20 years of experience and a solid track record in understanding, transforming, and improving business processes. He specializes in the introduction of marketing systems, solutions, and integrations. Masters is based in the United Kingdom but will work across multiple geographies to serve Wilson Allen’s diverse client base.

Most recently, Masters was Solutions Engineer with Intapp and was responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the delivery of solutions as well as supporting and progressing customers’ cloud transformation strategies. In prior roles with sa.global and Lexis Nexis, he led implementation teams that delivered technical solutions focused on Interaction and Microsoft Dynamics. He facilitated the successful planning and deployment across all implementation phases including data migrations, integrations, authentication, workflow, intake, and business intelligence. This included the integration of new systems with existing systems and processes.
