Following a rigorous market review, Irwin Mitchell is partnering with Peppermint Technology to implement new Client Relationship Management, next-generation Case & Matter Management and Document Management solutions.

Clients will also benefit from the opportunity to use online portals that provide 24x7 access to services - accelerating the pace at which clients achieve the best possible outcomes for their matters or cases. Complete with Peppermint’s Document Management System built on Microsoft 365, the solution will enable Irwin Mitchell to meet more client needs and develop valuable, enduring relationships that will support the firm to achieve its growth plans.
