VirtualSignature and Document Direct have announced a business partnership to promote the use of eSignatures and digital onboarding for clients.
The partnership will also see Document Direct use the SmartSign eSignature application when digitally onboarding its own clients.
Martyn Best, Managing Director and founder of Document Direct commented, “We were wrestling with the challenge of sending documents for signature digitally and had not found a solution that met our specific needs. We decided to provide them the contracts digitally to sign and we’ve found that they have all accepted and adopted use of the technology, in most cases signing on a mobile phone remotely at a time that suits them. The feedback has been excellent as it’s made their lives so much easier.”
