Strategic partnership to extend service desk capabilities to UK financial and legal markets
CMS Intelliteach, a comprehensive provider of business management and IT services to law firms, today announced a strategic partnership with Charles Street Solutions (CSS), an IT consultancy focused on providing comprehensive managed and hosted IT services to professional service organisations throughout the UK.
Effectively immediately, CMS Intelliteach will provide Charles Street and its law firm clients with first level service desk support in the UK.
As part of the partnership arrangement, CMS Intelliteach will extend its existing UK service desk solution to include CSS and the its law firm clients, some of which are already using CMS Intelliteach in an outsourced service desk capacity. In addition to level 1 support provided by CMS Intelliteach, CSS provides a total Managed Service from 2nd line deskside support through to offsite 3rd line support of entire infrastructures.

After first breaking into the UK market with a London office in 2009, CMS Intelliteach has steadily established its UK and European outsourced service desk presence. In addition to supporting several UK-based law firms including one of the Magic Circle firms, CMS Intelliteach supports well over a dozen Am Law 100 firms with offices in the UK.
