AccessData, a pioneer of digital investigations and litigation support solutions, announced today that lab registration for its fifth annual AccessData Users’ Conference (ADUC) opens to all on Friday, March 29. Attendees will be eligible for up to 22 CPE credits and 16.5 MCLE credits, including 1.5 CLE ethics credits.
ADUC will be held April 23-25, 2013, at the Aria Las Vegas. In addition to speakers and exhibitors from across the tech arena, ADUC will feature almost 40 hands-on training labs from leading instructors and experts covering topics such as:
Along with the hands-on labs, ADUC will also offer an array of cutting edge lecture topics, including e-discovery and criminal law, law firm security and issues surrounding forensic recovery of deleted data. All are approved for MCLE or CPE credit and feature expert speakers from the legal, law enforcement and technology worlds.
Dan Abrams, ABC News legal analyst, attorney and author, will be on-hand as the keynote speaker for day two of the event.
Attendees of ADUC will have the option to attend preparation classes for SCE (Summation Certified End-user), ACE (AccessData Certified Examiner) or AME (AccessData Mobile Examiner) with all three associated exams offered at the conference.
“We are really excited about the shape ADUC is taking this year. The incredible educational opportunity available to attendees is reflected in our lab and lecture topics and in the large number of continuing education credits we are able to offer,” stated Devin Krugly, AccessData VP of Marketing and Business Development. “Now that lab registration is upon us we expect to see an even bigger surge in attendance. Our labs are structured for many to participate in hands-on instruction with all attendees given access to the presentation portion. We encourage everyone to continue to sign up for ADUC.”
Conference sponsors and exhibitors include McAfee, Global Legal Discovery, Magnet Forensics, Accuvant, UnitedLex and HTCIA (High Technology Crime Investigation Association).
