BigHand, a global leader in voice productivity technology for legal professionals, today announced that it has appointed Chuck Pindell as Director of Sales for its US business. Mr. Pindell joins BigHand with more than 20 years of experience in the legal vertical marketplace, most recently with SaaS-based eDiscovery company, Daegis, where he was Vice President of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer.
Prior to that, Mr. Pindell was the Vice President of Global Sales for iCONECT Development, a litigation support software company. In both roles, Mr. Pindell developed high-performing sales and marketing teams which resulted in increased market share, revenue and major new customer acquisitions.

The addition of Mr. Pindell follows BigHand’s recent launch of its SaaS-based voice productivity technology, BigHand Professional, aimed to provide efficient voice enabled technology to the small firm market.
