Traveling Coaches, the internationally recognized training, application configuration and user adoption consulting partner to law firms and corporate legal departments, announced Northeast-based Day Pitney purchased Traveling Coaches’ Litéra CLASS content for the Firm’s on-going technology training program.
Traveling Coaches’ industry-leading CLASS (Continued Learning and Software Skills) program is a collection of modular, legal specific and customizable technology training materials. Since its introduction nine years ago, the popular CLASS program has been implemented by over 245 law firms and corporate legal departments consisting of more than 123,000 users.
Traveling Coaches came highly recommended by Litéra for “Train the Trainer” training on Litéra’s products. Their ability to provide remote training to our Support Services and Learning and Development teams on a very tight schedule has been fantastic. This, in addition to the Litéra CLASS content will save us several weeks of preparation time, keeping our project timelines on track. CLASS currently consists of hundreds of classroom modules covering topics from Microsoft Office applications to document management systems and Word productivity tools. The materials are customizable and legal specific. Day Pitney will provide end-users with a consistent training message through the instructor, reference.
