Expansion to Chicago part of strategic growth plans; XDD eDiscovery services now available to In Demand clients
Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of discovery and data management services for law firms, corporations and government agencies, announced today the recent acquisition of Chicago-based In Demand Document Services, LLC (IDDS), a full-service litigation support company.
IDDS clients immediately have access to the full suite of eDiscovery services offered by XDD, and local XDD clients no longer have to rely on services being delivered remotely; rather, projects may be managed through XDD’s newly acquired office in downtown Chicago.
XDD will leverage In Demand’s reputation for exceptional customer service and its more than 50 years of combined experience to continue offering an innovative approach to discovery and review services to the Chicago area legal and corporate markets. XDD shares the IDDS approach to providing industry-leading technology solutions through vetted channel partnerships as well as its own proprietary platforms, which are now available to In Demand clients.
