For Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 Rollout
Capensys Ltd., experts in user adoption, change management and full-service training company for law firms today announced that Los Angeles-based firm Nossaman LLP has purchased Capensys’ training content and tools for their upcoming desktop upgrade.
The firm will be upgrading to Windows 7, MS Office 2010 and FileSite 9. This Desktop upgrade also encompasses an upgrade of other legal productivity applications such as iCreate, Workshare Compare and Nuance PDF creator.

Capensys’ Goal-Based approach allows firms to provide targeted training for all types of users, reduces the cost of rollouts and increases user adoption of new systems by tying the training to the goals of the business and users.
The firm will offer a blended training approach to their staff. Their purchase includes eLearning modules, quick reference guides, and training outlines for trainers. The firm also purchased some of Capensys’ proprietary tools to deliver just-in-time support. These include: Pathfinder, an online survey tool to create tailored learning plans; and the Resource Gateway, a fully searchable repository for online content.
