To Increase User Productivity and Adoption of Current and Upgraded Systems
Capensys Ltd., experts in user adoption, change management and full-service training company for law firms, today announced that Stoel Rives LLP has purchased a comprehensive collection of Capensys' training materials and tools for their current and upgraded systems.
“Stoel Rives wanted to add a more blended approach to their current training offerings,” says Janis Richman, Director of Consulting at Capensys. “They like our goal-based approach which has been key to encouraging increased user adoption at many of our client's firms, and felt this would be a good fit for their firm. They decided to implement not only our e-learning modules, but our up-skilling KnowledgeCheck program as well.”
Capensys' Goal-Based approach allows firms to provide targeted training for all types of users. It reduces the cost of rollouts and increases user adoption of new systems by tying the training to the goals of the business and users.
The firm will be offering a blended training approach to their staff. Their purchase includes: e-learning modules for MS Office 2010, Acrobat X, MacPac Numbering and FileSite. The firm also purchased the Capensys KnowledgeCheck system to assist with their staff proficiency program, and selected Capensys' proprietary tools to deliver just-in-time training materials and support to their users. These include the Resource Gateway, a fully searchable repository for online content, and the Mobile Gateway to provide access to Quick Reference Guides and demo videos on mobile devices.
