Hot Neuron LLC announces version 3.2 of its Clustify[TM] software, featuring interactive graphical visualization of keyword and cluster relationships. Clustify groups related documents into labeled clusters, providing an overview of the document set and improving the efficiency and consistency of the review phase of e-discovery by allowing the user to review and categorize related documents together.
The user chooses whether to group documents that are conceptually similar, near-duplicates, or elements of an email thread. Version 3.2 adds a graphical visualization tool to supplement Clustify's list-based views for browsing clusters. The graphical visualization makes it easier to see the relationships between keywords and clusters, helping the user to navigate the document set and identify useful keywords for selecting relevant documents.
Clustify produces a self-contained SVG file to display the interactive graphical visualization in a web browser. It works with recent versions of all major web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari. This allows the graphical visualization to be used with many browser-based review platforms. Version 3.2 also adds the ability to export tag data into virtually any database that has an ODBC driver, so documents can be tagged or categorized efficiently in Clustify and that tag data can be exported to many review platforms.
"We continue to add functionality that makes it easier for users to browse and analyze their document sets with Clustify," says Bill Dimm, the CEO of Hot Neuron. "Our decision to output the graphical visualization in standard SVG makes it very flexible and easy to integrate with other systems."
