First Awards to Focus on Client Experience
Understanding that a client focus is now becoming critical to profitability and growth in the legal sector, InfoTrack a leading provider of intelligent search and automated workflow for professionals, has launched the InfoTrack Client Centricity Awards to recognise legal practitioners, teams and firms across Australia that deliver excellence in client services and customer experience.
Nominations for the InfoTrack Client Centricity Awards 2016 are open today and entrants should visit www.infotrack.com/clientcentricityawards to enter their online submission.
“Clients are driving ‘the new lawyer’ to deliver even better client service and increased customer satisfaction than ever before,” says InfoTrack Chief Executive John Ahern. “We believe it is the age of the legal consumer and how well a firm or in-house team or sole practitioner serves their clients will become a key factor in repeat business and general business growth, rather than simply the end result or the name on the door”.
With many firms beginning to focus on this, especially as part of their innovation strategy, we want to publicly recognise those practitioners and organisations that are ahead of the curve and celebrate their efforts,” he added.
Entries will be judged under four categories, with a winner awarded in each category:
The esteemed panel of judges include Anthony Bleasdale, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, BigHand; John Duckett, Director, IPS; Alistair Marshall, Partner, Julian Midwinter & Associates; John Ahern, Chief Executive, InfoTrack and Helvi Rossi, General Manager, Operations, InfoTrack.
Legal firms, in-house teams and practitioners of all sizes are invited to enter with nominations open until 10 June 2016. The winners will be announced on 28 July 2016.
