CPA Global and Brügmann join forces on IP Tech

IP technology leader CPA Global today announces a new partnership with Brügmann Software GmbH, Germany’s leading IP management software specialist, which will optimise and connect law firms and in-house IP teams to the world’s most trusted patent renewals management service through a joint technical interface and secure data transfer.

Through its flagship product PatOrg, Brügmann – a family owned business since 1984 – works with more than 350 law firms, corporates and research institutions across the DACH region to intelligently manage IP rights across the innovation lifecycle.

The partnership will see a complete integration between the coming version of PatOrg (6.2) and CPA Global’s market-leading global patent renewals service, delivering clients a seamless digital interface and a single point of access. This both mitigates the risk associated with manually transplanting and inputting data across multiple channels and enables a dramatic reduction in time expended on the patent management and renewals process.
