Leveraging new technologies in competitive legal environment
Themis Solutions Inc., the creator of Clio, a Cloud-based case management platform for SME sized legal practices, has announced that one of its key executives will be an expert panellist at LawTech Europe Congress (LTEC 2013).
The two day event is scheduled to take place 21st – 22nd October 2013 at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic and will cover a range of topics themed into four areas: electronic evidence, forensics investigation, cyber security, and legal technology.
The panel debate entitled, ‘The New Language – How do Lawyers leverage new technologies in competitive legal environment’, will take place on Monday 21st October at 14.30 – 15.30 CET. The panellists will include industry experts Rob Ameerun, Legal IT consultant and Founder of Legal IT Professionals and Legal IT Today, Nagib Tharani, International Director at Clio; and Hana Gawlasova, Partner & Head of the Telecoms, Media and Technology Practice of Kinstellar. The debate will be moderated by Howard Chapman from HJChapman Law Office.
There will also be an interactive demonstration of Clio which will take place on Tuesday 22nd October at 09.00 – 10.00 CET where participants to the congress will be able to see the Cloud case management platform in action. The company, now celebrating its fifth anniversary, has grown to over 20,000 users worldwide and according to a recent customer audit is reducing administration time by at least one day per week.
