Leading Dutch firm Eversheds Selects NetDocuments for DMS

NetDocuments, the leading EU-based document and email management service provider, announced today that Top 50 Dutch firm Eversheds B.V.  has selected NetDocuments for document and email management.  

Eversheds B.V., with offices in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 100 total staff, had considered going down the traditional path of expensive and hardware-intensive DMS until they saw NetDocuments.  “NetDocuments meets all our key requirements for document and email management, and also provides a faster and lower cost deployment path,” said Bram Braakman, IT Manager at Eversheds.  “NetDocuments delivers much more than just DMS, including built-in client collaboration features, as well as inherent mobility for easy and secure access to our documents anytime, anywhere,” continued Braakman.

The NetDocuments service is hosted in two ISO 27001 certified EU-based data centres, and Eversheds will have an onsite backup of all their data. The NetDocuments security standards and procedures are aligned with the highest industry standards, including full encryption of all data both at rest and in transit.
