Leading Danish firm DAHL chooses HighQ Collaborate for client extranet

Leading Danish firm DAHL has chosen HighQ to provide a new permanent extranet and collaboration platform for its clients. DAHL uses HighQ Collaborate to securely exchange information, support client relationships and offer new and innovative online services to its clients. HighQ Collaborate allows the firm to quickly set up secure work spaces and communities providing authorised users outside of the firm’s network with secure 24/7 access to shared files, work product and project information.

Henning von Lillienskjold, Partner at DAHL, explains: “Collaborate was recommended to us by other law firms who told us that the solution was quick to set up, flexible and yet easy to administer. We can now  add clients to the site in seconds and provide our services with no need for in-house maintenance and hosting. We particularly liked the option of customising the platform to match our branding. We’ve called it Dahlbox and have used our corporate colours and logos in the design to make the platform our own.”

HighQ Collaborate is a cloud-based solution, which means that the firms do not need to build and host their own client sites. “We no longer have to spend time and effort building and hosting our own in-house solution,” Henning explains. “HighQ Collaborate was immediately available as a cloud-based service. Now, our clients and lawyers can log in from any location to a state of the art platform. It is available on mobile devices too, which is great when clients need to access information on the go.”
