BigHand and ICT Concept Announce Strategic Partnership in the Netherlands

BigHand, a leader in voice productivity solutions with over 250 law firms as customers in the Netherlands, has today announced a strategic partnership with ICT Concept, a leader in the Dutch legal sector and ICT specialist with over 600 law firms as customers in the region.

The partnership will provide more flexible support resources for BigHand software users, expert engineering resources, access to the ‘ICT Concept Cloud’ and improved account management. As part of the agreement ICT Concept will resell BigHand software exclusively in the legal sector in the Netherlands.

Both BigHand and ICT Concept are members of the Lexxyn Group, which encourages collaboration in the Dutch legal sector, but the new agreement now allows for even greater cooperation between the two companies. The partnership will see local technical support resources for BigHand software more than triple alongside providing improved engineering capabilities, additionally BigHand users will have access to a national account management function allowing for improved customer service. A BigHand Technical Support Analyst and a BigHand Account Manager will join ICT Concept as part of the agreement in order to ensure BigHand knowledge and expertise is maintained within ICT Concept.
