I.R.I.S. Nordics AS, one of Europe’s largest specialists in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), today announced that Bing Hodneland Advokatselskap DA, a leading Norwegian law firm, has selected I.R.I.S. to implement a new matter centric, document and email management solution, based on HP WorkSite.
The solution will be complemented by I.R.I.S. Know How, providing Knowledge Management capabilities, including their FastTrack consulting services and support, and will be deployed to all Bing Hodneland employees.
Bing Hodneland’s existing document management solution no longer meets their documentation needs and is increasingly costly to support. With a long track record of delivering successful implementations into numerous law firms, many in Norway, Bing Hodneland turned to I.R.I.S. to replace the existing system.
Ole E. Tokvam, Partner at Bing Hodneland comments, “We need to ensure that we are best placed to serve our clients, both in Norway and internationally. That means fast, efficient access to documentation and email correspondence within the context of a legal matter or case. WorkSite is used extensively by law firms in Norway and I.R.I.S. has a proven track record of successfully implementing WorkSite to many of these firms.”
I.R.I.S. will work closely with Bing Hodneland to implement their document and email management solution, including integration to their new matter management system, Deltek Maconomy. The combination will ensure that Bing Hodneland is able to seamlessly create client, or matter workspaces, from the outset of a new case via the user-friendly interface. The solution will also feature the efficient integration of Maconomy’s time writing module and will help deliver improved customer service, with all documentation, relevant Know How and email available quickly, within the context of a case.
“Not only is the functionality much better with the I.R.I.S. WorkSite solution, the intuitive user interface will be a big improvement for all of our staff. We’re looking forward to a mutually fruitful relationship with I.R.I.S. and to the improvements that WorkSite will provide us,” concludes Ole E. Tokvam.
Rob van der Drift, Account Manager WorkSite at I.R.I.S. adds, “We are delighted to welcome Bing Hodneland to our expanding community of clients in Oslo, Norway. Their decision to select us as their long-term partner is testament to our WorkSite FastTrack (best practice) implementation methodology, integration to Deltek Maconomy and our investment in the I.R.I.S. Know How solution. We are very much looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
