DELACOUR chooses HighQ Collaborate for client portal, data rooms and internal collaboration

European law firm DELACOUR has chosen HighQ Collaborate as platform to provide data rooms and client extranets to its key customers, and to aid internal collaboration and knowledge sharing within the firm.

Peter Mejlby, COO at DELACOUR, explained how the firm came to use HighQ Collaborate: “We saw a need for a safe and easy to use data and knowledge sharing system for us to use with our clients and also sought a data room solution,” he said. “As we researched the market of client portal and data room providers, it became very clear that HighQ is a market leader as supplier for law firms”. I had experience using HighQ in the past and thought the system would be suitable for DELACOUR’s needs.”

Peter Mejlby went on to explain what the firm plan to use Collaborate for: “Primarily, we will use Collaborate for transactions and knowledge sharing with key customers but we will also use it as a virtual data room for internal and external stakeholders in relation to larger projects.”

DELACOUR plan to use Collaborate internally too: “We will also use the system for large file sharing and internal collaboration,” said Peter. “It’s great that we can use HighQ Collaborate for so many things; we believe that for a platform to add value, it must be easy to use, flexible and safe. HighQ Collaborate is all of these things and this is why we chose it.”

The firm is in the process of getting Collaborate up and running and Peter anticipates that the system will have the firm working more efficiently: “A cornerstone in our strategy is to be close to our customers and provide the best and most value-creating service to cater to all our clients needs; with this new system we will be able to ‘provide our clients with new and improved services and work even more efficiently.”
