Management changes reflects commitment to continually improving customer experience
Aderant, the world’s largest independent legal software company, today announced the promotions of Melanie Cutlan and Karen Bailey to expanded leadership roles for Aderant in the EMEA region. Melanie Cutlan, an 18-year Aderant veteran, was named EMEA Professional Services Delivery Director.
In this role, Melanie will direct and coordinate Aderant Professional Services and Support staff. Karen Bailey, also a longtime Aderant employee, has been promoted to Director of EMEA Sales. Karen previously led Solutions Consulting in EMEA and has worked closely with clients throughout the region. Both Melanie and Karen bring a wealth of experience both with Aderant and the EMEA client base, and both have long careers within the legal industry.

Her ability to share and elevate the entire staff will bring even more value to our EMEA clients.”
These personnel changes support Aderant’s strategy of deeper client engagement and support across EMEA, following the company’s acquisition of Timesoft earlier this year. CEO Chris Giglio noted that “Aderant has been fortunate to experience strong growth in North America over the past 12 months. In EMEA, we are refocusing around our core strengths of providing the most modern and integrated technology, combined with our Better Together philosophy of providing experts that work directly with clients. These promotions enable us to accomplish that goal and reset our foundation for future growth across the EMEA region.”
